Bryce Byers, President and CEO of Neovest, Inc.

Mr. Byers currently serves as President and CEO of Neovest, Inc., a wholly owned independent legal entity of JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE: JPM). Previously, Mr. Byers served as CEO and President of Neovest Holdings, Inc. and Neovest, Inc. since April 2002, where he has applied his experience working directly with institutional buy-side, sell-side, and proprietary trading firms to position Neovest as a premier provider and innovator of financial trading technology. Mr. Byers orchestrated the sell of Neovest to JPMorgan in 2005 and became a Managing Director at JPMorgan in addition to maintaining his CEO role at Neovest. Prior to being appointed CEO, Mr. Byers served in various roles with Neovest, Inc. including President, EVP of Sales & Marketing, and EVP of Product Marketing & Product Management. Mr. Byers is a founding member of Neovest and was instrumental in the merger of Roberts-Slade, Inc. (RSI) and The Volume Investor, Inc., which merged in 1999 to form Neovest. Prior to the founding of Neovest, Mr. Byers served as Chief Operating Officer of RSI, where he started his career in 1990. Mr. Byers holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.

Greg Cook, Executive Director of Software Development

Greg Cook currently serves as a Executive Director of Software Development for Neovest, Inc. Since the founding of Neovest, Inc., Mr. Cook has progressively taken on greater responsibility including Director of Project Management, Program Manager, QA, and Account Management. He started his career with Roberts-Slade, Inc. (now Neovest, Inc.) in 1998, where his past assignments included sales and customer support. Mr. Cook holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.

Mike Trezza, Director of Sales

Mike Trezza currently serves as Director of Sales for Neovest, Inc. Mr. Trezza's past responsibilities at Neovest include running its Broker-Dealer Services unit after starting at the firm as a salesman in 2002. Prior to joining Neovest, Mr. Trezza worked at Citigroup Asset Management as a quantitative analyst for three years. He has also worked at BARRA Inc., a leading provider of investment and trading analytics, for six years as both product manager and in sales. Mr. Trezza holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Aaron Heber, Senior Vice President of IT/IS

Mr. Heber puts his 15-plus years of technology experience to work managing Neovest’s complex distributed network and server infrastructure. Prior to his current position, Mr. Heber served as CEO of Lightspeed Systems where he directed the development of several networking software products designed to manage network bandwidth, security, and resiliency and received such industry-recognized awards as Windows Magazine’s "Best of Show" and Network Computing’s "Editor’s Choice." Prior to serving as CEO, he was promoted to Lightspeed Net’s parent company after the acquisition of Lightspeed Net by Earthlink. Mr. Heber began his career in Information Technology as a network manager at Lightspeed Net, one of the largest ISPs in Central California. Mr. Heber graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS degree in Zoology and received his MBA from California State University.

Jarrett Sydell, Director of Product Management

Jarrett Sydell is currently the Director of Product Management for Neovest, Inc. Mr. Sydell’s past responsibilities at Neovest include VP of Technical Sales and Account Management. Mr. Sydell came to Neovest, Inc. from New Energy Associates in early 2000 shortly after Neovest, Inc. was founded. At New Energy, Mr. Sydell was a consultant on the ACUMEN team (now IMPACT, “a financial planning tool designed to handle the complexities of the energy industry”). Mr. Sydell is an honors graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Todd Rohlin, Account Management Manager

Neovest has a reputation for its customer focus and commitment to quality service, and Mr. Rohlin’s department strives for constant improvement in these areas to best serve the customer. Mr. Rohlin's management role is overseeing all Account Management services. His experience in implementation, training, and support for Neovest’s largest customers has recently helped him to become more involved in a pre-sales technical capacity. Mr. Rohlin started as an account manager for Neovest, Inc. in the New York-metro area in 2000, where his IT/tech consulting background has since enabled him to transition into a more client facing/services role. Mr. Rohlin holds a BS degree from Wagner College.

Jerry Hadlock, Account Services Manager

Jerry Hadlock serves as Manager of Account Services for Neovest, Inc. Mr. Hadlock’s past assignments with Neovest include business development associate, Account Manager, and Senior Software Technician. His experience in the market also includes years of personal investing leveraging Neovest’s technologies and strategies. Mr. Hadlock started at Neovest in 2000, where he served as a Technical Support Representative. He has over 10 years of account service experience including four years' experience with a Fortune 500 company before coming to Neovest. He graduated from Utah Valley State College with an AAS in Business and Finance and from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Systems and Information Technology.
