The following instructions explain how you may successfully install FirstAlert:

• Click here: Install FirstAlert.
  
  
• Select Save once the "File Download - Security Warning" box appears.
  
  
  
  
• Save the "fainstall.exe" file to your desktop.
  
  
• Double-click on the "fainstall.exe" file, and click Install.
  
  
• Once FirstAlert is finished installing, click Done.
  
  
• Double-click on the new "FirstAlert" icon on your desktop.
  
  
• Once the FirstAlert "Login" box appears, enter your "User [Name]," "Password," and "Domain" in their appropriate boxes.
  
  Note (1): Your user name, password, and domain will be assigned to you when your user account is created. Keep in mind that your password is case sensitive, so make sure the Caps Lock button is not on and that you enter your user name and password correctly to log on successfully.
  
  Note (2): If you are unable to log on, you may have a firewall or other Internet security that blocks access to FirstAlert's servers. If this is the case, contact Neovest's Implementation and Support center at (801) 375-6850.
