Stan Brannan, Director

Mr. Brannan currently serves as Chairman and President of Python. Prior to his latest position, Mr. Brannan served as Vice-Chairman of InterVoice-Brite, Inc. (NASDAQ, INTV), which acquired Brite Voice Systems, Inc. in 1999. As Founder of Brite Voice Systems, Mr. Brannan served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President from its inception until resigning as Chief Executive Officer and President in December 1996, and as Chairman of the Board in January 1998. Prior to founding Brite, Mr. Brannan founded Mycro-Tek, Inc., a company specializing in the manufacture of microprocessor-based products used in electronic newsroom systems and television character generators. When Mycro-Tek, Inc. was acquired by Allied Corporation in 1980, Mr. Brannan was employed by Allied and eventually became president of that company's Merganthaler USA Division. Mr. Brannan graduated from Wichita State University, where he earned his BS in Electrical Engineering. He currently is involved in various venture capital activities and sits on the boards of select technology startups.

Oliver M. Cooper III, Director

Mr. Cooper is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of MARC Global, Inc, a leading provider of supply chain execution solutions. Mr. Cooper served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Neovest Holdings from November 1999 until January 2001. From August 1997 to December 1998, Mr. Cooper served as Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan Associates, Inc. where he managed the company's successful initial public offering. Under his leadership at Manhattan Associates, sales rose sharply from $14 million to $82 million and the work force grew dramatically from 100 to 600 employees. From October 1988 to June 1996, Mr. Cooper held several senior level management positions in Operations, Sales, and Business Development at Scientific Atlanta, Inc. and Compression Labs, Inc. Mr. Cooper serves on the boards of several early stage technology firms. Mr. Cooper holds a BA Degree from Furman University and an MBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.

George Doherty, Director

George Doherty is a Principal with Conning Capital Partners, which he joined in 1999. Prior to joining Conning Capital Partners, Mr. Doherty was an Analyst with GE Capital's Commercial Finance Division. Mr. Doherty holds a BS degree in Finance and a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Gardiner Garrard, Director

Mr. Garrard is the founder and Managing Partner at Total Technology Ventures, LLC, a Venture Capital firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He has managed the investments in over 25 early-staged technology companies. Previously, he was a partner at Shoptaw & Garrard, LLC, an Atlanta-based real estate private equity firm. He earned a BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. He serves on the Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO), and was recognized in 2004 with the Goizueta Business School’s Outstanding Recent Alumni Award. He currently serves on the boards of Connecture, Inc.; Neovest Holdings, Inc.; Perimeter Internetworking, Inc.; Financial Transaction Systems, Inc.; and The Jordan Company.

Tom Lewis, Director

Mr. Lewis currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of APX, a solutions provider in the energy markets. Prior to APX, Mr. Lewis was Chairman and CEO of Campus Pipeline, Inc., a company providing web platform and integration technologies to colleges and universities. Mr. Lewis served as Chief Executive Officer of Ameritrade Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: AMTD), one of the world's leading providers of online brokerage and financial services. Mr. Lewis has also served as Executive Vice President and CIO of USF&G, the nation's first insurance company to underwrite a commercial insurance policy on the Internet, and was co-founder of Seer Technologies. As the Head of Technology for the Executive Office of the President during Ronald Reagan's administration, Mr. Lewis introduced an efficient new technology system to the White House and earned the Distinguished Service Award. Mr. Lewis has a BS in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of New Haven in Connecticut.

Mark K Scott, Director

Mr. Scott founded The Volume Investor, Inc. (TVI), now Neovest Trading, Inc., an institutional equities research firm, in 1992 and merged with Roberts-Slade, Inc. in 1999 to form Neovest Holdings, Inc. Prior to founding TVI, Mr. Scott served as Vice President of Oppenheimer & Co. for six years where he specialized in equity investments and risk arbitrage. From 1994 to 1998, he created and managed The Infinity Fund, LP. He was awarded a Certificate of Achievement in 1997 for his work in "Volume/Supply and Demand Analysis" by the Market Technicians Association and was a member of its Board. His research has been used as a reference source for financial publications including Barron's, Investor's Business Daily, and The Wall Street Journal. He has guest lectured around the world to investment professionals and at the university level. Mr. Scott graduated from the Florida State University School of Business.

David W. Young, Director

David Young is a Partner with Conning Capital Partners and specializes in financial services, enterprise risk management, and capital markets oriented technology. Mr. Young has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and investment management. Prior to joining Conning Capital Partners in 2001, Mr. Young was the Chief Investment Officer of the Progressive Corporation where he supervised a $6 billion diversified portfolio, including private equity and mezzanine investments. Earlier affiliations include the fixed income group at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., which he headed until joining Solomon Brothers, where he co-founded the Financial Institutions Capital Markets Group. Mr. Young holds a BA degree from Rutgers University. In addition to the Neovest board, Mr. Young serves on the boards of earning.com and Stockton Holdings, Inc.
